Most of us spend our entire lives sleepwalking. We're physically here but mentally absent - lost in thoughts about the past or future, telling ourselves stories, constantly somewhere else while our actual life unfolds unnoticed.

When you're making dinner, are you there, or are you replaying your day? When someone's talking to you, are you listening, or planning what you'll say next? When was the last time you were actually HERE?

This workshop is not about productivity. It's not about performance hacks or getting better at things. It's about learning to actually be in your life instead of constantly being in your head thinking about your life.

Presence is not a tool for achievement. It's the point of life.

What You'll Experience

In this 90-minute workshop, you'll:

- Experience what presence actually feels like (not just learn about it conceptually)

- Learn to recognize when you're in mental narration versus direct experience

- Practice simple techniques to drop into present-moment awareness instantly

- Discover how to access your body's intelligence beyond constant thinking

- Understand why your mind's stories about limitations aren't facts

- Learn to watch your thoughts without being controlled by them
